Orders are not binding until we confirm availability and payment details. By requesting a quotation (PDF) and submitting it to us via email or WhatsApp, you are expressing interest to purchase. We will confirm stock, total amount, and payment instructions. Payment terms and delivery arrangements will be agreed at that stage.

5. Payment

Payment methods and terms will be communicated when we confirm your order. We do not process payment on this website; payment is completed via the method we agree with you (e.g. EFT, cash on collection) after quotation acceptance.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and timeframes depend on your location and will be confirmed with your order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Due to the nature of footwear, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or not as described. Please check sizing and product details before ordering. Any warranty is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for any issues.
